89th Regional Readiness Command

Concentric Security was awarded one of the larger blast hazard mitigation contracts for the Army Reserve. The project required us to assess and provide turnkey glass hazard mitigation upgrades for US Army Reserve sites in a 4 State Region. Three separate site assessment teams were initially deployed to assess facility site conditions, generate required material/labor scopes and develop a master program plan for project completion. The program management template included the scheduling, logistics, supply, installation and commissioning of blast hazard mitigation technologies for 51 separate buildings. The project scope allowed 1 year to complete the project. We completed all 51 facilities in less than 90 days.
