Securing loading docks in Manhattan raises many unique challenges, including the HPU, conduit runs and union regulations. Furnishing and installing 28 automatic bollards at multiple loading docks required developing and documenting all riser diagrams and mirroring them for a perfect install. This major renovation also included PLC integration with garage doors, safety loops, touchscreen barrier controls and barrier light systems.
